Typhoon Lagoon today! Nice and close by so not a long drive. Found a nice quiet spot to "pitch". Then suncreamed and off we went for a cruise down lazy river. Harrison hitched a lift on dad's knee, then mine, then Rich shot off to find Luke who had disappeared! Got wet from the odd waterfall/squirters etc but all part of the fun. Next we explored the main pool (after trying out a few slides on the way by!) and here we encountered the big wave! Set off by a huge "BOOM" a massive tidal wave followed - throwing everyone out of it's way and creating huge, strong waves, taking Harrison clean off his feet! Good job we were holding onto him! Harrison found some slides that were perfect for him so he was happy.

After this we explored the smaller kids area where there was a small donut ride which soon became Harrison's favourite, he loved this because he could manage it himself and I lost count of how many times he went on it.

We had a spot of lunch and tried some of the other rides - a family river ride (only 4 allowed max so Liam and Luke went together) - this was fab and yes, I got very wet! The Crush and Gusher was great, Liam, Richa nd Luke went on it. We all went on the larger donut ride which again was brill. Free parking so that was even better value.
