Happy Canada Day, everyone!

We had an amazing Canada Day in Ludinghausen, one of our most memorable ever! Wolfgang took Pierre and I on a bike tour of the area... We had incredible weather, and biking was an amazing way to see the area.

To begin, we biked to Nordkirchen, where we viewed Wolfgang and Doro's school, where they both teach, before biking to the nearby Schloss Nordkirchen. This palace, formerly used by the area's archbishop, is known as 'Versailles Westphalen', translated as 'the Versailles of Westphalia'. Beautiful grounds and palace, and we had a friendly mini golf game afterwards. Germany bested Canada in a battle for the ages! :)
