We had to check out by 10am and weren't getting our bus to Sydney until 9pm. We put our bags into a store room and headed to the gorgeous Byron Bay beach.

It was so hot that we didn't last that long sunbathing so went and got some lunch and had a look around the shops before going to pick up some food to cook for dinner.

We headed back to the hostel and killed time on the internet and watching some of the weekends football and rugby matches before having some dinner.

When we were on the Greyhound Bus and starting our 13hour journey to Sydney we saw the best moon ever!! It was a really thin moon on a tilt, like the cheshire cats smile but then with two really bright stars above it, in the perfect position to be eyes!! It was a smiley face stars and moon! It was amazing!

Continued our coach into the night, should get to Sydney around 11am tomorrow morning.
