I woke up this morning and could barely move! Last night, god knows how, I put my back out but hoped it would ease up by morning, instead it did the exact opposite, it got worse! I couldn't move my legs, I was in agony! Worst bit was it was gorgeous sunshine outside! We didn't want the good day of weather to be wasted so Nick went out sight seeing whilst I stayed at the hotel nursing my back.

Nick started the day by going to The Civic Center before moving on to Japan Town before also going back to Alamo Square. He then picked up some lunch and brought it back to the hotel and we chilled out for a while before he then went through China Town to the Transamerica building, on to Washington Square, back to Lombard St and also Fishermans Wharf before coming back and keeping me company.
