After enjoying the free breakfast at our hostel the 3 of us jumped into our hire car (wish we could say it was a Mustang but afraid it was a Chevy Cobalt this time!) and headed our to Beverly Hills! It changes so dramatically as you approach Beverly Hills, shops become posher and houses triple in size!

We drove down Sunset Boulevard and Rodeo Drive admiring all the homes and shops. We picked up a map of the stars homes and drove to Bel Air, starting with Nicholas Cage's house! We continued driving around Bel Air and Beverly Hilss and saw the homes of . . . .

Jackie Chan, The Beckhams, Robbie Williams, Madonna, Simon Cowel, Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes, Courtney Cox & David Arquette, Leonardo Di Caprio, Keanu Reeves, Toby Maguire, Jennifer Anniston, The Playboy Mansion, Christina Agularia (previously the Osbournes house), the house from the Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Halle Berry, Steven Speilburg - i think there might be some more but can't remember!!

In amongst all of that we also stopped and had lunch along Sunset Boulevard!

We then drove along Mulholland Drive where we saw Jack Nicolson and Britney Spears homes too. Out of all of the homes we saw today Britneys had the most security!! We saw a lot of paporatzi outside the stars homes but again the one with the most was Britney, they were literally lined up outside her house waiting for something to happen.

From Mulholland Drive we drove to Santa Monica. We waled along the pier but when the sun begun to set we went down onto the beach, the sand was so cold!!

We drove back to our hostel for dinner as they were putting on a free BBQ, it actually ended up being lasagne, salad and bread, it was delicious and entirly free which made it even better! We sat outside enjoying the meal and chatting away to other travellers until it got too cold when we headed upstairs to bed.
