Another amazing day. Did a cooking class with Chef Andrea in Trastevere. Found my way there ok this morning but had a slight hiccup getting home. After walking for 25 mins I ended up at same piazza so thought a taxi was in order!
Learnt how to make tiramisu, homemade pasta with boscaiola sauce, chicken cacciatore (the authentic way), and pumpkin flowers stuffed with mozzarella and prosciutto or egg plant.
There were 11 of us in the class and we had lots of fun. One couple, who are Australian, have just moved from Dubai to Rome to live. They have already bought a house in Tuscany with plans to renovate - so jealous!!!!!!
Cannot eat dinner as we only ate our four courses at 2pm and I am still full!
