Hello Everyone! Sorry I havent written in a bit. We did get busy with homework and making lesson plans for our classrooms that we have to make time a catch up. It has just been busy and the time is flying by because we are at work until 5, get home at about 6-6:30, make dinner, do homework, write lesson plans and then go to sleep. We finally got paychecks!!! So we are so excited to go real grocery shopping, paying rent (not so much haha) and going out to nicer dinners. Yey! We are also going to try and get internet this week, which hopefully will let us be online more, and let us watch our TV shows online! yey. haha.
Other than that... I have told Brian to write about San Sebastian, but he doesnt like to write. But I will force him!:) We have University classes this week, so this week will be a tiring one. Also we will be going to San Sebastian the following weekend, which means, I can tell you all about if Brian decides never to write about it. Time is going by quickly, but I do tend to miss home every now and then. Especially my friends and family. Other than that, our weeks havent been to exciting, just walking around Madrid, finding cafes (bars/coffee shops) to do homework, and to get out for a bit. Riding buses everyday to and from school, and walking around the park to get fresh air. We have also been trying to get use to how loud Madrileños are, especially at night when I am trying to sleep and they think its a good time to start chanting out some random thing because their soccer team won. Also, it seems as if there is a theme bachelorette party every weekend. I think they like to go out with the girls and dress up in themes. Like a bull fighter and his/her runner bulls. Or a princess, or flamenco dancers. Guys dressed as scuba divers or naked (as naked as can be) and walking around our street drunk off there asses and honking horns all night.
Writing about it makes it funny, but sometimes when its 4 am and you have to wake up in 2 hours, it isnt that funny. It is to the point where we might start egging people from our balcony so they shut the hell up!!! hahahaha. I think thats funnier. Brian also is going to buy water balloons and launch them at people from our balcony! hahahaa. I cannot wait! So be warned, if you come visit us, and decide to get drunk and loud and walk the streets at 4 am, you might be wet, or might have eggs on your head! >:I
Ok, well thanks for reading. <3 Nat
