Neil's Round the World Trip!
I got up early today and spoke to a Scottish guy from Thurso who's moved into my dorm (I asked if he knew you, Monty or the henstridge but he didn't) He took voluntary redundancy and decided to travel the world for a year (great idea!). I used up the last of my food as leaving tomorrow. I had a potato mash thing which wasn't very nice but filled me up. The crazy Chilean that's staying here has been raiding people's bags to make her meals; shocking!
I walked around Barrio Brasil and did my Spanish homework for Jesus. I then went to the hostel for my final lesson with Jesus. We covered future tense, present continous and preterite tense so have all the basic tenses now. I have a good laugh with Jesus during the lesson and it will be a shame to move on. However I'm tired of Santiago and I want to see what else Chile has to offer.
In the evening I watched Scent of a Woman with Al Pacino. It's a good film and it was in Spanish so it helped me with my language learning. I chatted to an Israeli guy and some Dutch girls and then called it a night.
