Today we awoke at 4am and traveled to LAX to catch our 8:30am flight to Bozeman. Kiana traveled like a trouper, insisting on toting her own suitcase. Monica joined us for the trip and we arrived in Bozeman at noon.

Grandpa Mike picked us up and took us to our lovely vacation rental near Hyalite Canyon. After lunch and a nap, we met up with Mike and Barb to attend the annual Sweet Pea Festival that features artists and musicians.

We had a lovely time looking at the local artists' work and Britt bought some cool new jewelry. We also enjoyed the festival food -- you haven't lived until you have tried a Tater Pig and a chocolate covered frozen banana!
