Woke up at the Loki hostel in the Miraflores area of Lima had a quick breakfast then had to get a taxi through the crazy Peruvian traffic to the bus station to get the bus to Nazca. Another nice long bus trip although there was a slight kerfuffle when we thought somebody was stealing my bag off the bus!! Got to Nazca which is a beautiful little place that is very picturesque and quiet. Checked in to the WalkOn Inn which is a nice hostel at the back of town and they organized our flight so for a night and flight it was $55USD each which is an absolute bargain! Kel and I both had dinner of a hot dog and an Inca Kola which cost us 4.40 soles which works out to be about $1.50. Just relaxed and walked around the town then came home and watched the sunset. Started chatting to an Israeli couple and to the owner of the hostel a nice Belgian guy who spoke 5 languages and was very funny so funny we forgot that we had to eat dinner! So I had to go out and buy dinner from a street vendor all by myself but I managed with some poor Spanish and some hand signals way better then the salmonella dogs you get when you leave the pub in Melbourne.
