We got up early and walked into the town centre (across death road) not many places seem to serve breakfast, we found one buffet place but we weren't that hungry. We decided that a margarita pizza was as close to cheese on toast as we'll get and a restaurant opens up 15 minutes early for us to eat. We head into the water park, you get a wrist band as everything is cashless and head for the 'super bowl' this is where you go into a big bowl and go round and round until you go through a hole in the bottom. From here we suss out the other rides. There is a double tube ride where you are sent down a steep slide and up a vertical wall, then come down backwards. There are slides here where you start in a pod and then the floor goes from underneath you and by about 2 o clock I felt brave enough to try (although I did pick the smallest option!) at the top everyone was supporting each other and cheering each other on! We went on the vertical wall slide again and when we were watching a girl came out of the tube with a big crack, everyone gasped but she was ok. Sarah's favourite thing was the lazy river which we kept going on throughout the day. There were waterfalls and water spouts to avoid and we kept trying to get each other under them. We tried to push Sarah into one of them and she got round it so put up the loser sign, just as another one hit her straight on the head! At one point we were in a single and a double tube. We somehow got ourselves stuck under a waterfall, the tubes weren't moving and we were laughing so much we couldn't push ourselves away. After the water park closed we headed into the centre of Kuta to find Hard Rock Cafe. We walked passed Wendies, Jamie's Italian and lots of other western shops and restaurants. Hard rock food was lovely and the waiters were lovely. We ate dinner being serenaded by Sarah, she was loving the songs! When we got home we got the puzzle book out but after about three clues I was zonked and fell straight asleep. Party pooper.
