Drove to Grosseto to our yoga school. New teacher Michaela, specialising in Iyenger. One of hardest sessions we have done.So precise and exhausting, but very rewarding. We could not do anything more physical afterwards, so homework in sun, listened to music, played chess, beautiful home cooked meal and bottle of 'Brunello di Montalcino'.
