Walk number 6 (31 in the book) was completed in the same day as walk number 30! We smashed this walk by only taking 29 minutes instead of the suggested 1 hour 30.
This is walk intercepts with a park with a Japanese garden. The reason the garden was created is because it has the same latitude and longitude as a garden in Japan. As such this park honors the friendship with Japan.
The houses along this walk appeared to be high density living places, separated by empty spaces, which is a weird concept to design to.
We saw many more birds on this walk then we did at the wetlands, however maybe since the lake is just down the road, the birds were enjoying the sun here.
After the high density living houses we crossed a road and saw some massive houses. Really very nice.
We then proceeded around the large man made lake with a sculpture of two stairs to no where, to return back to our hire car. We did have a time limit, we had to return the car in time to watch the footy!
