Hi peeps,

Just a quickie! well it was an eventful week here in Sydney which didnt really start until thursday when sarah came to meet us. she had finally managed to swap her flights and get a flight to Sydney and was here for one night only. We went to meet her for a couple of drinks at 8pm and at 2.30am I was scooping an unconscious Mr.Langley from the pavement trying to avoid being hurled on. Hero to zero does not even describe it! But it was great to see Sarah she looked really well! After about two hours sleep I went to work on Friday and Matt stayed in bed nursing a hangover from hell. But being the full blown hard core drinker he is he was in the bar knocking back the whiskey and coke for brandy's my collegue from work who was moving to QLD farewell.

Saturday was gorgeous and boiling hot so we headed to the beach a couple of hours later we both looked like lobsters as we headed to the paddington inn for soem pre match drinks. it was teh rugby league semi finals and teh warriors (a new zealand team) were taking on the Manly sea eagles, never to be one to turn down a sprting event we headed along with my mate from work Nicky (Ho bags) Ho her fella (Jade) and a few mates. we all had custom made beards for the occasion although matt tried to use it to cover up the bold spots!

Sunday was even hotter (33) and as we couldnot sunbathe due to the redness we decided to walk round to bronte for a drink. it was so nice to see everyone out and about in the sea and sunbathing the place really comes alive in thehot weather. hopefully there will be more of the same this weekend as it is a public holiday on Monday so we ar eheading over to Manly to watch the grand final after an alcohol free week!!!!
