Hi all! We are now settled in Sydney. Our offer for a flat on Bondi beach was excepted and its awesome, 5 mins from the beach and surrounded by cool cafes and trendy bars. We both have really good jobs too Erin is working for a company called Diageo and she really likes it and I am working for a publishing company as a Sales Exceutive so our money is starting to look better and everything is going to plan. Because we have been sorting everything out we havent been sightseeng very much but that is on the agenda for a few weekends time. We have been catching up with friends and family mostly and we have really enjoyed it. Firstly staying with sandra and Pete who put us up and sorted us out when we first arrived who live in this amazing house that was a far cry from some of the dumps of hostels we had stayed in on our travels, and some of the nicest people you could wish to meet. There has been a messy night with the lads from Cov and Erin got free tickets to the State of Origin Final which is like cup final day at Wembly and we took Sads with us and had free booze and a bit of Rugby excellent. Matts cousin Caroline also put us up and we are off back there this weekend to celebrate Marks birthday so no doubt it will be another alcoholic experience and some top food as they are both chefs, not that we like eating or anything!!! Its so hard being here in winter with pure blue skies everyday and beatiful beaches eveywhere, oh well someone has to do it!
