Today we hauled ass across the country to arrive in Edinburgh with enough time to go shopping and a have a walk down the royal mile. Off to Russia we go tomorrow. There is only 12 days left of the holiday :(

It seems to take so long to drive anywhere in Scotland, it took us about 4 hours to drive 200kms due to traffic, weather and winding roads.
We stopped at the William Wallace monument, which was actually pretty cool despite the fact it was at the top of another giant hill!
The monument was finished in 1869 and stands at 67m high.
I've seen a few spiral staircases in my time but this one takes the cake! I even got a little dizzy on the way down!
Oh well, goodbye Scotland, bring on Russia!
