The past few days have been a mix of awesome (catching up with old friends and new babies) and crazy stressful- the movers stuffed up with my things...they were meant to arrive Wednesday morning but were two days late and only arrived this afternoon. So... life continues! Had the farewell yesterday evening at the bloody fab Brewer's Apprentice (and if anyone has my card-- hell, keep it. I'll be in Europe). The bar tab went within a couple of hours and everyone had a fairly good time I think. The silk cake was a success, the tequila shots not so much but with most people having to work today it was a relatively early-ish one, about 11pm-midnightish most left.
