So... life continues! Had the farewell yesterday evening at the bloody fab Brewer's Apprentice (and if anyone has my card-- hell, keep it. I'll be in Europe). The bar tab went within a couple of hours and everyone had a fairly good time I think. The silk cake was a success, the tequila shots not so much but with most people having to work today it was a relatively early-ish one, about 11pm-midnightish most left. Me, Alex, Mary and Henry stayed on for a while then hunger called and they left to go home and me & Alex went on a mission to Jesters pies (who are open till 3am according to their sign).
Belly full I called it a night around about then as I could feel those aforementioned tequila shots making themselves felt. So a taxi home and straight to airmattress for me. Woke up this morning actually fine which is odd considering I had mixed many different types of many different alcohols- must be the scottish in me. Big News of the day is I went to JB HiFi and bought a week notebook whatsit, and Acer 'Aspire 1 Happy'- I'd much rather have a happy computer than a sad one, so I took it as a sign.
Europe work's still going- I've printed out about the equivalent of the Waipoua forest in papers, and still need to write everything on to palm cards which will take a long long time. In the meantime i still need to do up Bratislava and chuck that on Facebook for everyone, might actually stop procrastinating and do that nowish, as a bloke's coming in this afternoon evening to give me money for my computer (wahoo!!) and to take it away. It's then going to be a bloody early night as I'm heading to Wellies for HOMEGROWN tomoz, which will be awesome! Love Kiwi music and who cares that the forecast is crap!?
And on that abrupt note, I'm off to do Bratislava (Eastern Europe city, capital of Slo-something). Till next time!

Capital of Slovakia... Hehehe you'll need to be able to differentiate between your Slo-countries! I have an acer aspire netbook too! Its not a happy though, hmmm.... maybe thats why sometimes it runs slow, its a slow. Or its just not a happy. I dunno! Its super handy though, and fits in my handbag so I'm sure yours will be of much good use. Best thing is, aside from NZ where wifi regions are crap/expensive/few and far between, in the rest of the western world there are plenty of free wifi hot spots (cafes, bars etc) so no excuse not to update us all now ;)
