• Kick, Z1, 25m. Rest, 20 seconds. Drill, Z1, 50m. Rest, 20 seconds. Swim, Z1, 75m. Rest, 20 seconds. Repeat 3 times.
• Pull or swim, Z1, 150m.
This was my swimming excesise for today. Tuesday was just 200 meters total. This was a lousy 800 !
My whole body feels cold. I barely can move my fingers. Sitting on a rock catching my breath, I feel alive. The first strokes are quite had but after a while I catch my pase. Damn that feels good.
After I finished I congratulate myself with my workout. I'm proud.
Tomorrow I have to prospone training, because I got a very busy day. So sunday will be my second cross training - running and cycling. Looking foreward to it.
