The first day of many to come. I have found a training scedule for an absolute beginner. I'm not considering myself as a beginner, but if there is one thing I learned then it's this: start slowly and you won't get a lot of injuries.
So thats my plan. Start slowly.
The first session will be a swimming session. 4 x 50 meters with a 60 sec rest.
