Day 2
It's a false start. My wife was having some joga lessons and since she is pregnant of our second child I was needed in the household. A man has got to do what a man has got to do. So my first training went down the drain.
Nonetheless I'm positive that it all works out fine today. The muscels that are used for the different excersies shouldn't bite eachother so my training today will be double.
I got myself a little injury in my right leg. Kicking a ball at soccer without a proper warmingup is a no go.
What is on the menu today? Bring it on.
I started with a little trip by bike to the pool. When I arrive the beach is almost deserted. 6 people are playing beachvolley and on my other side two others are doing some excersises. I think they do some kind of bootcamping. They also got some boosting music playing.
Nobody is in the water.
I undress and put my clothes in order that I can put them on quite quickly.
When I hit the water I think its cold but it isn't.
I feel confident and I start my first 50 meters. It's easy to point out, because there are some wooden poles in the water. They are standing about 10 meters apart.
It goes great and when I arrive I feel energetic.
The 60 sec rest I like to skip. My brain remembers to take it easy. So I rest.
The next 50 are a lot harder. Slowly I start to get a little dizzy. The next 100 meters are even worse. When I arrive at the beach I'm dizzy as hell. This is hard
I even throw up.
It takes me 5:24 sec to get dressed and start to ride my bike. Is this fast. Don't think so, but it's my first time so I have no reference and have to do with a feeling.
Sitting on the bike my dizzyness dissapears for now. Cycling with 35 km/h is fine by me. After 15 min I finish my round and depart the course and go home.
Arriving at home, I feel wrecked. Is this what to expect for the next sessions and trainings. I hope not. But I will give everything and maybe even this is something I can get used to.
Tomorrow is a resting day. I will update with my traing scedule.
For now I'm off.
