Well today I got back to basics with the weights I own in my bedroom. It felt good to be working towards something again. Tomorrow I shall hit the gym for an hour odd and burn some calories. I'm aiming to spend a good hour on running, cross training and bike. I think I'll break it down with:
Bike: 15 minutes
Running: 30 minutes
Cross Training: 15 minutes
That full hour should work up a sweat and lead me onto weights. My average comfortable dumbbell weight is 8KG. I will use these for the next three weeks to loosen up. I don't aim to go heavy until I'm 100% comfortable with going higher such as 10KG.
With bar work, I'll aim to lift my average weight of 15-20KG. I think I'll be working with this weight for around 4 weeks, so I can strengthen my shoulders and back.
My next post, I shall add current pictures of my body. They aren't the best photos to be taken, as I'm using my phone and I look totally out of shape.
