Thought I'd weigh myself and see where I stand from the start. I currently weigh 15.2 Stone. It's not a worrying weight and isn't the heaviest weight I've gained. I think 15.6 was my all time high and that was back in May 2011.
My goals for the rest of August will be to try and get my weight under a constant 15 Stone.
My main aim would be to gain muscle mass and work on abs but the aim is to lose body fat first, then to tone up.
I've accessed my eating habits and have calculated the correct protein and carbs intakes. Along with lots of cardio, I should hopefully start noticing results by October.
My workout routine for the next 3 weeks:
Monday: Cardio
Tuesday: Arms/Shoulders/Cardio
Wednesday Legs/Cardio
Thursday: Swimming
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Mix sets of exercise
