Well it's been like a week since I first got into training. How do I feel? Well pretty good!
I've done 4 days of weights, and have felt the pleasure of getting to the point, where your arms feel like jelly and you can't lift anymore. That's the barrier that gets to you like a drug and I want to experience some more!
I've had the money this week to purchase some 'Maximuscle Cyclone Powder', it's basically a protien shake for putting/keeping on muscle mass and gives you the right amount of energy at the gym, so you don't burn out too easily.
I'm going to mix it into my diet. I think maybe a shake before work, before gym session and after gym session, will be my three times a day. On non gym days, I think I'll stick to maybe two servings, such as morning and evening.
Today's agenda is to get some serious Cardio done, as I'm pretty much free with time.
It's not long until the 22nd, well 3 weeks intact and then I take the famous pictures of myself. I'm not expecting results but like I've stated, it'll be pretty epic to look back on, in say 6-8 months time.
