Ok last picture, thinks this is the best one to show me currently.
My main aims for the end of this month, leading into September. Is to keep to my set diet plan and put in at least 5 hours of dedicated cardio at the gym. Every guys dream is to achieve a six pack, not the typical skinny bloke ones which are just ribs, a proper six pack that is made of muscles!
Before I even gain a two pack, I'll need to spend most of my time on ab workouts. They are a pain in the.....abs!?!
So I'd like to leave them at the end of a session, as I'd rather leave the gym a cripple after I've done weights and cardio, then do it half way and end up leaving early.
This will be my last post for awhile. I've done what I wanted to do with this site. Which was to basically set up my routines, pictures and goals.
As today is the 23nd of August 2011 (at the time writing of this), I shall make a effort of getting picture of myself half naked on here each month.
So new photos will be uploaded on the 23nd of September.
Oh how I'd love to say this time next year "ok guys let's look at my improvements, by looking at 12 different pictures throughout the months!"
But this is a promise to myself that I will do this and make sure I'm constantly working hard, so that each picture sparks a new change, either it be muscle gain or weight loss.
These are the reasons I'll be uploading pictures of my ugly mug and yes the beard will go soon ;-)
Anyways I've written enough and I shall get back on here with updates at the end of the week.
