Day 12 - 3rd April Time to leave Koh Samui - was rather sad - as loved it here and didnt want to leave and it was cool being able to get about with the jeep. Got to Kuala Lumpur and had no accomodation booked and was grand prix weekend and we had no idea what areas were best to stay in as had no guide book and tehre were no internet facitilies in this airport so latched on to this english guy who had a guide book and shared a cab. Day 8 - Koh Samui Whoahoo this is where Shawn and I can relax. Got greeted at the airport by Shawns friend Lee (who lives on the island) and he took us to a few places where we could stay. We chose a one where our room was bout 10 steps from beach (ALSO - the best bit is the room was painted in bright pinks - lol Shawn loved it as much as i did) . Day 5So the trek begins, ok so we arrive at the elephant camp - for the fun bit. Bought some bananas for the elephant but our one was fussy and didnt like them as they were too green so we had to buy more yellow ones lol. It was really fun and lasted bout a hour, went through bit of th ejungle and a baby elephant (bout a year old) followed his mum and kept being naughty and playing in the trees. Well this is my first blog, and I have a lot to say so lets hope I can minimize the babble. Arrived in Bangkok on 23rd March, nice flight and spare seats next to me and lots of leg room whoop. Got in a bright pink taxi to get to our guest house - was very excited lol but then there were a lot of them - so it wasnt just me being lucky.
