Sabadee!!! After a hideously hungover eight hour bus journey around Loa's windy mountains we arrived in Luang Prabang, UNESCO World Heritage Site. A hotpot of French colonial architecture with temples, restuarants and markets galore. We finally found a guesthouse, run by a permanently high Jack Sparrow, right near the Mekong river. Arrived in Vang Vieng in the afternoon and dropped off our stuff at a guesthouse which was one pound fifty per night for a tiwn room and ensuite, pretty bargainous! Then headed down one of the only streets to enjoy a mini "Friends" marathon which pretty much every bar plays throughout the day.
