Today started early again, but this time it was a 630am tour around Old Delhi. We first went to a mosque called Nizamuddin Dargah; is the mausoleum of one of the worlds most famous Sufi Saints, Nizamuddin Auliya. Started today with Bollywood dance session, it was a laugh and lots of fun, although I will not be taking it up as a hobby any time soon! Shower, then breakfast, then left for Maitreyi college and met my student partner Nidhi. She is lovely, 19yr old Physics student, in 2nd year, and her father is a civil Engineer. WOW The theme of today was religious diversity, and boy did we get diversity! 5am start with breakfast, then got on the bus to the nearest underground station (Chandi Chowk) in our matching purple t-shirts, where we all (100 people) got on the metro system into old Delhi. So 6am Yoga session was interesting...lots of BREATHING! Lots of sitting up straight and corssing legs. Learnt a lot though about how there are 3 bodies and how energy comes from within, to keep your mind clear will help concentration.
