Day 3 - So after being told by Logan he's NOT TIRED mummy! He fell asleep at 9ish whilst getting in his pyjamas he slept all the way through and woke at 8:30 this morning full of energy and ready for the day to start!

So the plan for today was Rancho Texas to see all the animals! But bus time tables in Spain seem to be all in Spanish which we can't speak so when we read "Solo July August Only" we thought at 11:15 you could get a single journey only but no it means this bus only runs in July and August so the fact we are here in December means we need to get the earlier bus another day! Oops so instead of Rancho Texas today we are relaxing on the nice golden sands of the Costa Teguise Beach looking out on clear blue seas listening to the waves gently rolling and breeze In the palm tree leaves which sitting under the warm sun! This surely is the life we would love to live for this week alone we can!
Lanzarote is beautiful the knee high walls surrounding the beach are made of volcanic ash bricks we are definitely wanting to come back and will most certainly be hiring a car next time so we can enjoy the scenery and travel round without being held to a time table! Logan is enjoying himself making sandcastles with daddy and by the looks of it he's about to brave the sea! I'm quite pleased Logan is only 2 as the amount of women we have seen casually lead there sunbathing with no care in the world getting theirs boobs out (just imagine getting sun burnt nipples no thanks) they just don't care slightly disturbing but hey ho! We are off to The Flintstones Rock Cafe for lunch shortly!
Well this afternoon is much cooler which is nice, as we walked back to the apartment we passed the Lanzarote Aquarium so popped in, wow I must admit I did turn into a child again the tanks were beautifully set out with some incredibly beautiful sea life and I braved the shark tank and all 3 of its residents! We saw a huge Manta Ray I have never seen a ray of that size and by all accounts that was a small Ray! A lovely afternoon wondering around in such a peaceful atmosphere! Logan is now keeping daddy busy running around the resort laughing his head off! Lots of photos to upload could take a while! Having a relaxed evening this evening before an early start tomorrow for our trip to Fuerteventura on a catamaran!
