Day 2 - Alarm buzzing we soon awoke knowing it was really early and expecting to be absolutely hanging but no we were surprisingly awake for 4am. We got sorted packed up our stuff headed to the front desk to get a bus to the terminal. Everything ran smoothly and we even had chance to have breakfast in the airport lounge before heading to the other end of the airport to our departure gate.
Logan had a few moments where he decided to kick off and scream the place down. As I type this part of today's journey we are currently traveling at 35,000ft above sea level the temperature outside is -57*c we are traveling at an equivalent ground speed of 490mph we have been flying for 1hour 52minutes and have just flew over Britannia heading towards Spain. The views are incredible and we are Following the coast of Portugal. The temperature in
Lanzarote is currently 20*c with a slight easterly wind. We have views of Rocky Mountains covered in snow which is absolutely beautiful.

Logan has had a bad nose bleed which caused him to panic and get blood everywhere poor George Monkey has retired to the footwell for hiding and Logan and daddy are currently getting some rest eye. Mummy on the other hand is in a bit of pain and little miss is kicking away nicely causing more pain. The views are keeping me occupied and the wonder of what is ahead of us! I realized late last night I left my drivers license in Dursley so now can't get a hire car which has saved us £100 so it's kind of a winner just means we have to use the bus all week! Makes traveling more fun I guess. For now that is all I can update you on! Will post more later!

We arrived in Arrecife got a taxi to the apartment, Dave and Logan are now in the pool and I'm relaxing in the bar area! The sun is out its nice and warm but not too hot which is perfect! Our apartment is right by the pool which is lovely and we are a short walk from the local spar shop so not to far to get our food for the week! The landing strip is right on the beach and driving through the island is incredible we are surrounded by dessert land and enormous Palm trees it really is a beautiful place! We can't wait to see what the rest of the island has to offer this week! But for now we are going to relax and enjoy the sun!
