Day 4..... Wow can the days get any better than this :) I awoke to the sun beaming into the tent at 7 am. I got up and took Kaleigh to sit on the beach at lakeside campground on Kootney Lake and took in the warmth of the sun. I had breakfast and broke down camp while T went to Ainsworth Hot Springs. Day 3. Today.... Was a fantastic day. We awoke and had breakfast with my dad (thanks again pa!) then we broke down camp and hit the trails. We travelled hwy 6 to Nakusp via the needles ferry over the arrow lakes where we stopped for a tour of Nakusp. Day 2 Left East Vancouver enroute to Cherryville. Stopped and grabbed a java to start the day and next stop fuel. Grabbed fuel in Abbotsford and stopped for another java in Hope, whilst there Kaleigh stepped in some nice ooey gooey gum!!!! That was fun, let me tell you. We drive to Merrit where we stopped for some great pub food. When we finally arrived in Cherryville my 4 older nieces and nephew greeted me with a wagon full of water balloons!!!!! Welcome aun...

So we went to the wedding...... It was very sweet...... Congratulations to the newly weds (A&E). There was a photo booth, owl shaped name tags, personalized photo seating, and fantastic food. I am grateful for my friend 'T' to have a nice friend that allowed her to let me come to their wedding to celebrate their BIG day!!! I shall now rest and look forward to resuming our journey tomorrow.
