Day 4.

Foot update - Agony, so stayed in. Definitely doing to the hospital in the next town (Taupo). Luckily someone with back pain took pity on me hobbling around and gave me some of his painkillers which worked amazingly well. He has given me some extras to keep me going too which was really nice of him. Played Football Manager for about 6 hours J

Day 5.

Foot update - Went to hospital and had a stronger drip. Doc recons I’ll have to have it cut open if there is no improvement overnight. Luckily I found out that as I’m English, I can use NZ hospitals free of charge because of an agreement between the 2 countries, phhewww! More Football Manager and downloaded poker tv shows on laptop.
