Hey everyone me and cpuole of my peers have been following this programming for about 5 months now and I gotta say it great training. All of us have seen improvements on our run times. My question is this. We Have been running in traditional running shoes and are trying to transitioning to minimalist running shoes and have already purchased them. But we all have severe muscle pain in our gastrocnemius and soleous muscles. In the attempts to not get injured from the huge difference in these shoes compared to our traditional shoes. Does anyone have sound advice on how to effectively transition to these low drop shoes full time? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
