Our third night in Chobe was spent at Savuti.This is a popular campsite as the game viewing is supposed to be really good.We saw a rock-climbing elephant … I have know idea how he managed to get up the cliff but as the photos show (not so clearly sorry) he was about 20 foot up a shear cliff eating a tree!With about another 50 foot above him to the top! Our second night was spent at Linyanti on the edge of the marsh.There were lots of hippos and elephant here, but not much else, it was peaceful!Although the Elle's did have a habit of crossing the road when ever we were driving through so there were a few traffic jams! The Zambian roads are terrible!! we went from gravel to pot-holled tar, to sand to more gravel. We went through Mongu the largest town just to get some diesel and heded for a night a senanga.
