Now that you have won a cuddly toy shooting, does that mean The Bear has been totally misplaced in your affections? I must admit Bear has been conspicuous in its own absence, so I hope you haven't left him anywhere (along with the glasses, hoodie, &c. &c). Incidently, are those your Raybans I found in your car? Don't worry, they're a bit big so you can have them back when you get home....maybe.
Alf sends her best and made a very good job of being a Christopher substitute, but we still missed you last night. 25yrs eh....and it only seems like yesterday! Thank you for the brilliant prezzie - can't wait to put the batteries in and try it out. Totally inspired idea!!
Only 18 sleeps and we'll be on holiday!!!!!!!!!!
Marie - Very glad to hear that Chris' surgery has gone well - all the best for a speedy recovery. Will no doubt speak to you properly before the boys get back and see you at Heathrow 2 weeks today - presumably the dirty washing will be limited to what can fit in the rucksacks!
lots of love to all

Lovely to see the blogs back on track. We couldn't access them while we were at St Georges so it was a nice surprise when we got home.Chris is recovering slowly we are visiting the surgery regularly so our lives are still revolving round all things medical! But at least we are going in the right direction. He's not keen to go out yet and isn't supposed to do anything too strenuous for at least another 3 weeks.Blockbusters is making a fortune!! Loved the latest pictures.Looking forward to the next lot.We would like to add our best wishes to Fiona and Tim for their 25th wedding anniversary.
Lots of Love

Hi boys
Great to hear your news - sounds like you're still having a fab time. Can't imagine why you are so surprised at your previously undiscovered shooting prowess, Chrissie - apart from my fauteuil en plastique rose that my phone sits in which I won at the rifle range in Sauzet, Dad was a major contributor to our team's clay pigeon shooting success at Uncle Ian's wedding and Uncle Ian as you know is just superlative when it comes to shooting ANYTHING up to and including the world championships. It's all in the genes my boy!
Thank you for your silver wedding wishes - happy birthday to Grandma as well! Sorry you won't be with us, but we will celebrate properly when you get back. We are having drinks on the terrace tonight at the HoL followed by dinner at the Savoy, so not doing anything special!!!!! As I said to Dad, we started our married life at the Savoy so we might as well finish it (oops)....I mean, start the next 25 years there as well.
Hope the chest infection / lurgy has cleared up by now. Jamie has read HP in one sitting (got my copy at home - Bugle week this week so no free time). You missed a blinding Grand Prix on Sunday - red flagged for the first time in absolutely yonks, so no one had a clue how to reformat and restart in the right order! A&E were next to RedBull and Maclaren over the pit lane, but still rang us to ask what was happening! One of the more memorable races.
Only 19 sleeps to Sauzet...and counting.
lots of love to you both

Forgot to ask if you got your juggling balls confiscated or damaged J ? I noticed in one of the communications that customs weren't happy?Looks like Oz is holding some adventures too.I am envious of the snorkelling!!! Your hair is longer too. Guess what we have had some sunshine this weekend!!! Saturday I had the book club though so didn't see an awful lot of it , then we went to see Die Hard 4.0.Good escapism.

The photos are fantastic!!!!.You both look really well and having a great time. Not much news here. Finals of wimbledon this weekend, I have booked the tv for Sunday for the mens final, unfortunately too busy to watch the womens. The weather is much the same rain, rain and more rain, although did see a little sunshine this pm. Hoping to go to proms in the park tomorrow or should that be proms in the swamp!!!Beth went to the secondary school today for a taster day it went well.Next week she has got water sports. I think she could probably do it in town as it is so wet. I am glad to see that both of you look healthy enough, it must be the kindness of the people you have been staying with.Take care of yourselves lots of love xxxxx
