We were in Europe last October and had a great time, but I wasn't expecting to be heading back to Europe so soon. Scott has to travel to the Krakow, Poland office for training for a week and I'm going to tag along. Dates are still up in the air, but it looks like the end of February. We will most likely fly from Cincinnati to Chicago, Chicago to Munich, Germany and Munich to Krakow. Time difference is the same as Paris - 6 hours ahead of Cincinnati. I'm fair...

We stayed at the Hotel Novotel at Charles de Gaulle airport for our two nights. The entrance to the hotel is literally part of the metro station, so that was very convenient. Mental status check - we are both very tired. We have enjoyed the trip very much but are ready to be back on U.S. soil. We don't have much tourist energy left to give, and we both kind of smell, but that is due to the fact that washing out clothes in sinks in Ireland didn't work very wel...

Better late than never.... We departed from Rosslare, Ireland on the Oscar Wilde ferry. The ferry eventually dropped us in Cherbourg, France. The total ferry ride was around 14 hours, so we had a room onboard. This ship was enormous. It was similar to a proper cruise ship (I think) complete with restaurants, movie theatres, etc. We had been staying in some really nice places in Europe thus far, so I guess it was fair that we eventually had to stay in a tiny...

Slight change of plan. We decided to scrap our stay in Bayeux, France and spend another day in Paris. There was still a lot we wanted to see, so this works out for both of us. Right now we are on a giant ass cruise ferry on the Irish Sea nearing the coast of France, I believe. Very pretty. We will have much better wifi in Paris, so I should be able to update the hundreds of pictures I have waiting to go up. Brace yourselves.
