BOAT DAY! We checked out of Beaches today and prepared for our Whitsundays boat trip aboard SV Whitehaven. Of course we stocked up on the GOON and started the trip. I was just slightly aprehensive when I saw the boat (!) but we all got on and sorted out. Our bedroom was miniscule and the beds even miniscule-er! I also nearly choked to death when I saw the toilet/shower. First of all it stand and the shower was basically on top of the loo. Anyway it really wasnt that bad I'm exagerating but the first stop was a quick snorkel. Naomi, Alex and I passed and opted for a sunbathe on the beach instead - although it was absolutly freexing so back on the boat it was for us. The boat was really rocky and we were swaying all over the place the whole time. We parked up in a reletively calm spot for dinner and all chatted with the other 'passengers'.
