Hello..... Sorry again for the lack of Pictures...... We have taken lots believe me... but so far we are yet to find someone who can help up on the computer to downloads them.... don?t panic though we will keep snapping away!!! Well we had a lovely hot, sweaty journey up the coast from Porto Seguro..... rammed in a coach with windows open and heat beaming in, but we made it to the most amasing surf town around!!! We have been staying in a little apartmet (awwww..posh, i hear you say!) well its above an Italian and its kind of like a hostel....... The three Isrealies stayed with us for two days but they have left now to head up the caost, but we hope to meet them for Carnival next week... So being stuck with an Ausie... he has replaced them with three other Aussie surfer boys!!! Great!!! The town... well, you could say its like Cowes really, but its not, although its the same in the way that we can?t walk two steps without seeing someone to talk to !!!! Its about a 10 min walk two the first beach which has palm trees and white sand and warm waters... and then if you keep walking up the same road...... you can stop in 4 more beaches very similar to the first, but each is different for surfing.... The Isrealies took us for a hike... military style the other day through the jungle to the most beautiful beach in the world!!! (picture to proove it) We met some locals and Kim and Me decided to have some Capoeira lessons... well a local guy offered to teach us on the beach....... that was two days ago and kims legs still hurt!!! Capoerira is a kind of martial art. It was invented by the slaves when they arrived here to get out of the chains but looks like a dance so that the white people would notice what they were doing...... Well it?s kind of like Yoga cross kick boxing cross break dancing....... really amasing to see when two people are doing it together..... For all of those english people its the advert on BBC between programmes, with the two black men kind of kicking each other..... anyways...... Kim has successfull made her mark on one young lady... and i mean that!!! The isrealie Girl Tamar, has a thing for tattoos, and she wanted to get one done while she was with us... so Kimmy designed one for her, Pictures to come soon!! and we went out one evening... well we all had a few too many caprinas and ended up in a parlor watching her have a tattoo put around her ankle.... yep the most painful place you can have it done!!! Poor girl... she had to get up at 6 the next day to catch a bus up north, but she was so happy with the tattoo.........Although i think it hurt her more than she would let on..... A local called Mass has taken us under his wing and is teaching us how to surf, We pay him next to nothing and he takes us to very secluded beautiful beaches... where we burn and get biten by the mozzies, and try not to drown... Even with factor 60 (yes they do make it that strong!!) i?ve still got a rosie nose and shoulders and kim has a very successful bikini back!!!! Right, well it is a full moon party tonight, so we are heading to the beach to see the sun come up and meet some of our local friends.... who i swear just laugh at us when we try to talk to them... but they really like the fact that we are trying, although my portuguese involves loads of hand movements and nodding!!!!!
