We got up early to catch a shuttle from the Tropicana to Henderson Airport. From here we flew on a small twin engined aircraft operated by Maverick Airlines to Grand Canyon Airport. There we transferred to a helicopter for an amazing flight over the canyon. After that, we travelled by bus to Bright Angel lookout on the South East Rim. We were supplied with a boxed lunch and sat down to enjoy the view, accompanied by a number of ground squirrels who wanted to share our food.

Back in Vegas, we had a quiet afternoon as we were all exhausted, but Mitch and I went to see the Holly Madison show at Planet Hollywood in the evening.
