On the way to Napier we stopped off at a wildlife park to see a Kiwi but it was too rainy and we were told by the owner that it would not be worth coming in. So it was back on the bus for a quick journey to Napier.

We checked into the hostel and got ourselves a twin dorm as it was so cheap. We had a flat screen plasma and a DVD player in our room too so we were well chuffed. The rain was still bucketing down but we went out anyway to visit 'New Zealand's International Aquarium'. We saw some cool stuff but it wasn't as good as 'Deep Sea World' at home!

We then did a little shopping and it was back to the hostel for the night. We were so fed up of rubbish food so we bought some pasta, garlic bread and.........yup, wine! It was delish! The hostel had over 300 DVD's for us to choose from so we picked two and had a night in front of the TV with some wine. Perfect!

It was an early start again the next day for the drive to 'Rotorua'.
