Wednesday, the 28th, was the first day of our trip. We boarded a small shuttle bus and drove to JFK airport. We got to the airport alittle before 6pm. Even though our flight was supposed to leave at 9:40pm the flight was delayed over three hours because of traffic at JFK. To pass the time, we played countless card games (including the game Spoons except with straws) and took pictures of those dozing. We finally got on the plane around 1:30am and were served dinner on the plane around 3am. The dinner was very good actually and consisted of chicken, rice, salad, cheesecake, a roll, and cheese and crackers.
