Since last blog, I was in San Diego which I am now officaially in love with. I met some cool people and had a blast. The zoo was not what I expect... it's a labrynth of monkey trails... lots of monkeys. In fact it should be called Monkeyland with some other animals. The children...

So, there was no chance of me getting tickets to Comic Con but it doesn't mean I missed all the fun. Met a realistic looking Bender Robot and got to witness the Zombie Walk - Awesome! Being near San Diego Bay is like looking at a giant game of battleship - every type of boat imaginable and the maratime museum is based on a tall ship, cruise ship and a submarine. The bay is fantastic and has some great shopping too! I also managed to get cultured up in Balboa...

Well.. turns out the Sun was just playing around with me and I was so determined to sit on a beach that I did and fell asleep. I was awoken by that pesky sun and applied another layer of sunscreen. That naughty sun had other plans and kicked my ass! So to recover from my sun damage, I wandered the Santa Monica 3rd Street Promenade and went shopping... not good form for my first day....
