The Winter has officially began. The Snow has well and truly arrived. Its even been snowing right in the town which apparently hardly ever happens. I've had days off work because the bus cannot get up the mountain. Kind of ironic I thought seen as the previous reason for no work was no snow and now theres no work because its started snowing, hmmmmm. I had my first day on the mountain a couple of days ago and had an epic (learning all the cool extreme sports lingo) day. I surprised myself at how much I was actually quite good! Parrallel skiing, easy! Like a duck to water. Im going up again tommorrow, unless it starts snowing and the mountain closes again! Chris gets up really early whenever he's starting work in the afternoon and takes Old Brown up the hill, very slowly, with stops for snowchains (I hate that part). His dedication to the mountain is much better than mine. Beth, I have only fell off one lift haha! I kind of miss someone grabbing my arm and pulling me down with them when I get off the lift!
We have both been working really hard (especially Chris) so apart from the snow, not much to report. I cleaned our bedroom yesterday and have pictures oof our loved ones on our wall and made it really homely so that made me happy, especially as I found things I forgot I brought with me! I hardly have any clothes with me, I cannot understand how I get in such a mess, well, some things never change.
