We have been away now for approx a week and a half but feel it has been lot longer so thought I could use this as my first picture on my trip to remind me of what flippin amazing girls I have back at home to keep any home sickness at bay. Although as amazing as you all are, not quite missing Wales yet.
So, the trip got off to a very slow start. Ash clouds in Sydney, Earthquakes in Christchurch and a bit of a drag trying to find a car to drive to Queenstown but we are here now. So at this very point in time I am in an internet cafe with my Starbucks feeling very cosmopolitan but have no job and our new car broke down this morning (Chris pretty pissed off, but thats what comes of not test driving a $500 car) and still no snow. Everybody is at internet cafes, eating at cafes, Drinking in the pubs and playing Disc Golf in the park (which is such a fun game, especiallty if its a beer a hole!). No Snow means no tourists which means no work. So bring on the snow as I am developing a drinking problem and working my way (at speed) through the FergBurger (you have to see one to believe it!) menu. Am having so much fun not working, wonder if the dole exsists in Queenstown...........
