Sunday, called Bertie after breakfast and he drove us to Middleton to the Jameson whiskey factory. We did the tour, became professional tasters, and learned that Jameson is the best whiskey in the world. I have a new favorite drink, whiskey, ginger ale and lime. Sharon said she was amazed how making whiskey is such a art form, and how the barrels need to age for years, so it's a long term process. John just liked tasting the whiskey! Bertie waited for us and took us back to Cork to visit the grave of Nano Nagle, the founder of the Presentation Sisters. Then we went to bus station and caught a bus to Shannon, John stayed the night and flew to Vancouver Monday morning.
We got back to Shannon, went to Bunratty Courtyard B &B, met up with the tour ladies. Tomorrow the "Ireland on my Mind" tour gets underway....
