We had a lovely quiet but hot night. As site 13 was so good we decided to have a rest day and stay here for another night. After brekky we left the rather wonderful and quirky Daly Waters. It had been a proper good Aussie outback experience. We hit the Stuart highway heading further north. We drove about 300 kilometres today to Katherine and onto Nitmiluk National Park, the home of Katherine Gorge. The heat hit us when we left the air conditioned cool of the camper van's cab.
