Up early and a decent drive to the Terengire nat park with a quick stop to buy a Tanzania football strip with some very poor haggling from myself.
Terengire Is home to 60 000 elephant and it wasn't long before we spotted a huge herd complete with babies of varying ages. There was a brief sighting of two lioness but the elephants stole the show.
A group bathed in the Terengire river chasing off rival groups trying to steal the best spot.
Onto our lodge with large pool complete with poolside bar. Had to dodge a few monkeys who were trying to steal bits of our lunch much to our amusement.
An evening game drive with many more elephants, we just couldn't get bored of them and by the time we headed back to the lodge the sun was setting behind us.
Fantastic evening meal with Jenny and romi tonight for the last night of our safari together.
Couple of bottles of wine polished off and we enjoyed their stories of their many travels over the years.
Final day with Alfred tomorrow for a brief game drive and back to arusha.
