So the last two days had just been two days of relaxing!
On the beach, having a snooze, just a general chilling out.
The Cascade Waterfalls are a sight to see. It is a bit of a walk up there but it is totally worth it! You can hear the trickling of the waterfall running down the river, giving you a glimpse of what's to come.
Once you reach the top there's a path which is guided by a rope as it is through the running water from the waterfall. It is definitely a sight to see. The water falls from about 30m high where you can see the lush forest right at the top.
The stream is constant and small natural pools of water have been created by this magnificent natural spring. After being in awe by the majestic waterfall, it's only natural to jump into the pools of water.
The water is clean and refreshing. Once you jump in, it's instant relief from the hot humid weather in Vanuatu with the cool, crisp water running over your body and you wouldn't even want to get out. But the time came for me to head back to the hotel and so I got out, turned around for one last snapshot of the waterfall and set on my journey back to the resort.
Tomorrow will be my last day here and I've met some lovely people here who I will be having dinner with tomorrow night before jet setting back home to Sydney!
Thanks Port Vila for a relaxing holiday!
