parents have arrived! it was a little strange at first and with the difficulties of communcation i managed to lose them for a while, much to the annoyance of my host woman who was obsessed with the idea that they should spend every waking hour in her house eating food. anyway so now we have left for cordoba, again to the annoyance of my host woman, apparently its ok here but should only be visited if all other parts of the country have been seen first and there is nothing left. anyway, i like it. theres a lot going on and theres a nice buzz here, its so much more alive than mendoza.
the overnight bus there was a bit of an experience. we were int he front seats and therefore forced to watch an american copy of a really really gory japanese splatter movie. there were heads flying all over the place. we had a bit of an experience with the hostel, the usual, we walked half an hour to get there to discover that the 'rough guide' obviously had never been to the hostel and it was actually located another half hour walk away. so we walked. the hostel then told us very graciously that mum and dads room had been given to someone else. so anyway in true turner style we have managed to find a hostel and i am solo in a six bed dorm which is a bit weird but anyway! we went out to a huge craft fair last night, absolutely amazing and a lot cheaper than mendoza, there was also some form of japanese festival gfoing on. anyway i realy must dash because breakfast ends in 7 mins....
ps sorry for terrible spelling etc. o camt find anything ont his jkeyboard. ciao x
