Well this weekend was very exciting but also incredibly tiring. First of all my roomate and I went Barberini meuseum, which was really cool, we spent about an hour in there and got to see some fantatastic paintings. Later that night we happened to stumble onto some sort of celebration at the trevi fountain honoring some guy that apparently had a lot to do with the founding of the European Union. They had a light show/display on the fountain that was really cool and as soo as I extract the photos from my camera I will be sure add them for you all to see. Then even better than that we got the news here the Washington completely blew out syracuse in the Husky season opener, I was really excited for that. Most of the guys and I are desperately seeking a bar that will air American football so we won't have to miss the rest of the games while we are here (which argeuably are the best games of the season). Sunday we went to the home opener for the Roma soccer team. I have never quite seen soccer hooligans in action, it was something. Not really liking soccer all that much I was pretty much indifferent to the game but thought it necessary to atleast see one while I am here. The fans are abolutely crazy, you can't imagine the excitment. I actually took some video that I will also share as soon as possible. Roma was playing Sienna I believe, so they had stacked out this tiny portion of the stadium and had guards all the way around them to prevent a riot breaking out (which apparently is popular in Soccer) The entire stadium is sectioned off so unless you go in through your specific gate there is no way to get into the other section, this, clearly, happened to us. We had to fight with all the officials to let us through so we wouldn't have to exit the stadium because once you do you can't get back in. After all that, it was nearly impossible to drag myself out of bed this morning and actually make it class, fortunately, I made it just in time. That all I have so check back soon - Jason
